Purple Haze provides Admin, PA, Secretarial and Bookkeeping support to businesses across the UK, USA and Europe.
The services available include telephone answering, outbound sales calls, typing, diary management, email maintenance, booking appointments, data input, CRM maintenance, research, social media support, invoicing, bookkeeping, credit control, events administration and much more.
Each member of the team brings a different speciality to the group, enabling us to provide the full front and back office support you would expect to see in a large corporate business
The hourly rate for all admin tasks is broken down into 15 minute increments so that you only pay for the time it takes to complete each task – they include:
General typing – copy or audio dictation
Schedule meetings and diary management
Respond to emails on your behalf
Creation and maintenance of CRM system, database or spreadsheets
Mail merge and mail shots
Sending out quotations/invoices
We also offer a telephony service:
A set monthly administration fee
A set price per call taken or made on your behalf – this includes the cost of a text after each call and a summary email at the end of the day.
The following are Free of Charge and included within the cost of the call:
No set up fee
No charges for calls under 20 seconds in duration – sales calls or wrong numbers
No long term contracts – only 30 days’ notice to cancel
Free out of hours voicemail
We can arrange geographic and non-geographic numbers – please just ask
Any orders processed during the call are covered under the call cost. Any additional time taken outside the call to process orders, deal with customer queries etc will be charged at our normal hourly admin rate.
